Items from Aroma By Design, if unused and in their original packaging, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Submit any relevant photos to substantiate your claim to our Customer Service at support@AromaByDesign.com. We recommend sampling 50ML bottles of fragrances before committing to larger volumes.

Device Return Terms

Online purchases of diffusers can be returned within 30 days from either the purchase date or the date of receipt, whichever is later. Diffusers must be in pristine condition, inclusive of all accessories, and in their original box. A 20% restocking charge applies. No refunds are provided for devices that have been used.

Financing Charges

Charges associated with initiating any financing or installment programs are final and non-refundable.

Service & Installation Costs

Charges related to services and installations are final.

Financing Arrangements

Terms set in the individual agreement apply. Refunds are not available for these programs.

Subscription Offers

For fragrance oil promotions, maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 30 days. If unsatisfied before the product delivery, we commit to a complete refund. Early subscription terminations after product delivery necessitate reimbursement of the promotional value.

Returns & Shipping

Aroma By Design does not offer return shipping labels. Return shipping costs fall on the buyer. Allow 10-14 working days post-receipt for processing refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Instructions

Post a successful return request, dispatch your product within five days. Ensure all components, including cables and manuals, are included. For diffuser returns, drain any fragrance oil to safeguard the device. We advise opting for tracked shipping and insurance, as Aroma By Design assumes no responsibility for items lost in transit.

Product Exchanges

Any product can be swapped with available items on our platform. Once we've received your returned item, expect your exchange to be shipped within 1-3 working days.

Credits

If opting for store credit on a return, we'll bear the return shipping fee. Upon processing your return, store credit details will be sent to your provided email within 1-3 working days.

Damaged Deliveries

Upon receiving your order, inspect the package. If any damages are noted, contact support@AromaByDesign.com promptly.

Origin of Purchase

Returns are only accepted for items bought directly from Aroma By Design. Products from other retailers must adhere to their designated return policies.

Important Notices

We reserve the discretion to decline returns not aligning with our set standards. Safe packaging for returns is crucial. Aroma By Design will not cover items damaged due to improper packaging or during transit.
