Shipping Rates: The cost of shipping is determined by the package's total weight. Every item is shipped out from the USA.

Order Processing: Kindly allow up to 2 working days for order processing. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be handled on the subsequent business day. The duration of the shipping typically falls within 3-5 working days post-processing, varying based on destination.

Signature Requirement: Be aware that any shipment containing a diffuser will need a signature at the point of delivery. Make sure there's someone available to sign for and receive the parcel.

Customs & Duties: The responsibility for any customs charges, taxes, and duties associated with the shipment lies solely with the customer. We are obligated to declare the order's total value on its packaging. Clearance of your package is at the discretion of customs officials, and there might be occasional unforeseen delays.

Currency Information: Every product on our website is priced in US Dollars and will be billed in the same. The exact exchange rate you're charged is determined by your credit card's issuing bank. Generally, it aligns well with current market conversion rates.

Order Assurance with Safe Ship: Enhance your order's protection by adding Safe Ship at the checkout. This insurance covers:

• Package theft
• Deliveries marked complete but not received
• Transit damages to items
• Lost shipments
• Erroneously shipped items If you face any of these issues, kindly reach out to support@AromaByDesign.com. Ensure you reference your order number and highlight 'Safe Ship' in the email subject for swift resolution.

Our Recommendation: For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing the Safe Ship insurance option. In the absence of this cover, any lost, damaged, or wrongly delivered orders will be addressed either by offering a store credit (exclusive of shipping charges) or by reshipping the item. Do note that reshipment might incur additional charges.
